“All of our services provided to residents in facilities and to family members are free and confidential. We never charge a resident to help them resolve a problem. We never charge a family to help them find a long-term care option that’s appropriate for their loved one. We do, however, welcome donations to the program to help us reach and serve more older adults who live in these long-term care facilities.”
