- 37 Intermediate Care Facilities with 259 beds
- 23 Adult Day Care Centers with 1,208 clients
- 2 Adult Day Health Centers with 135 clients
- 121 Adult Residential Facilities with 722 residents
- 5 Social Rehab Facilities with 67 residents
